1. ¿How do I register as a buyer?

  •  Applicants must complete the form online and fill all the profile data, answer all the questions and correspondent points.
  • EXPOTUR will receive the request and will analyze the company’s profile to accept or decline the participation of the company.
  • The presentation of the form does notrepresents the confirmation of qualifying as a buyer.

 

2. ¿How can I see the sellers and buyers that will be participating in EXPOTUR?

  • Access the Online System with your username and password on this page to access your account. The username and password will be provided once you have made your registration
  • Select on the left hand side menu the options "Sellers Directory" or "Buyers Directory" and proceed to select the desired company.

 

3. ¿How can I check on the appointment requests that have been sent to me by the sellers?

5. ¿Are the Airport-Hotel-Airport transfers provided by the event Organization?

The transfer ATO SJO - HTL (Transfer In) is included; the HTL – ATO SJO (Transfer Out) is not included.

Most of the Official Hotels offer the Transfer Out as a service for the guest. We recommend you to consult about it and coordinate it with your hotel at the moment of the Check In.

 Yes, we facilitate the following service:

9. ¿How can I get the directory of participant sellers?

Once the payment of registration has been done you will have access to EXPOTUR’s Online System where you will be able to consult the information and schedule appointments with Vendors and Exhibitors.

Once the Travel Mart has finished, you will receive an Electronic Directory to thee-mail registeredin the EXPOTUR registration form, with all the details of the Vendors and Exhibitors who participated in the event.
